It sounds like you have a lot of questions, Kody and I wish I could chat with you in person. I do suggest that you log onto our field trip about fire if you are interested in Yellowstone burning or on the effects of fire on wildlife. As to what would happen if Old Faithful stops working, chances are that someday it will. That means that we've got to enjoy and preserve it for as long as possible.
