Hello Tyler,
I am a little confused by your question. Usually, the reason for capturing a wolf is to relocate it after some problem like killing livestock. No wolves have been captured inside Yellowstone National Park for this reason. For the past few years, some wolves have been captured to either put on new radio collars or replace old ones. This year there were 18 such wolves recaptured and then immediately released. We do not have any figures on how many wolves the US Fish and Wildlife Service has killed outside of Yellowstone this year.
