: WITH DOES SWANS EAT AND WHAT DO THEY HAVE FOR DINNER.
Hi Vantaysha--thanks for your question. How would you like to join the trumpeter swans at their meals of green vegetation? Favorite foods include sedges, water milfoil, pond weed and other aquatic plants. Occasionally trumpeter swans--usually cygnets--may eat aquatic beetles, insects, crustaceans, snails, and fresh water fairy shrimp.
