I am not quite sure what you mean by major arrests. This year there have been about 80 arrest in Yellowstone on a variety of charges. As one law enforcement officer told me, people will commit the same offenses in the park as they due outside the park. Earlier this fall, law enforcement apprehended 3 fugitives from Minnesota. We get all kinds visiting Yellowstone.
